Anthony Mazzucca

With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Anthony specializes in retail, multi-family, land sales, and special asset solutions. He served as President of The Blackpoint Group and Lehigh Construction, where he developed shopping centers, condominiums, and affordable housing. Anthony’s extensive background includes the development and sale of apartment complexes and affordable senior housing; the sale and management of strip shopping centers and supermarket chains; and the leasing, management, and sale of industrial and office buildings. Mazzucca earned an MBA from Columbia University and studied Accounting at Lehigh University. He is licensed in New Jersey and Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
