Head of Capital Advisory and Equity Syndication for Axria. Build and lead Axria’s equity capital platform to raise LP equity from high net worth individuals, syndications, and small family offices for single asset SPVs and programmatic vehicles including EB5, QOZ Funds, and Debt Funds. Represent Axria in investor meetings and own the full fundraising lifecycle from pipeline to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the annual equity raise plan by deal check size and investor segment.
  • Stand up scalable capital raise infrastructure including CRM data rooms investor portal and KPIs.
  • Originate and manage investor relationships and run full cycle raises to close.
  • Structure terms including pref promote and waterfalls and coordinate legal for Reg D 506b and 506c and Blue Sky filings.
  • Craft investor materials lead webinars and updates and coordinate K1 distribution.
  • Align with Development Finance and Marketing on timelines messaging and events.
  • Maintain strict compliance including KYC AML and communications protocols and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7 to 10 plus years raising capital investor relations or private placements at a developer sponsor or investment sales firm.
  • Proven multi million dollar closes with HNWI and family office channels.
  • Fluency in capital stack structures JV terms waterfalls SPV and fund mechanics.
  • Working knowledge of Reg D 506b and 506c and accredited investor verification processes.
  • Financial storytelling ability with pro formas and strong CRM discipline HubSpot Juniper Square or Altvia experience preferred.
  • Executive presence high integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.

The Construction Project Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of real estate development and construction projects from concept and feasibility through construction. This position is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of administrative and coordination tasks required to move projects forward efficiently, ensuring timely permitting, professional coordination, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and track permit applications and all related paperwork with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
  • Schedule and coordinate township meetings, inspections, and pre-application and informal reviews.
  • Track deliverables, outstanding payments, and schedules with consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Oversee and maintain all construction and development documentation, logs, and records throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Coordinate internal and external project meetings, distribute agendas, and document meeting minutes and follow-ups.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to project managers and senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and regulatory requirements from early feasibility through construction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in construction administration, permitting, or project coordination.
  • Previous experience at a construction or real estate development company required.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects from concept and feasibility through permitting and into construction.
  • Strong knowledge of permitting procedures, construction documentation, and municipal coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

This position requires strong proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam and PlanSwift, AutoCAD experience, and direct exposure to US projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Evaluation and Analysis: Review project plans, specifications, and related documentation to define scope. Conduct site visits when necessary to assess requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services. Use estimating software to build competitive bids and identify value engineering opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Participate in pre-bid meetings and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and scheduling.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate estimation records, assumptions, and backup documentation. Present cost analyses and bid proposals to management and clients.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, incorporate contingencies, and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with market pricing, tools, and methodologies. Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely disbursements. This role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience and strong attention to detail to support the finance team and maintain vendor relationships.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor payment agreements to identify discounts and early payment opportunities.
  • Generate purchase orders when necessary and maintain PO records.
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment and perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
  • Track credits owed to the company and ensure credits are applied properly to vendor accounts.
  • Execute vendor payments via phone, online platforms, or authorization forms using credit cards or bank accounts after approval from the Head of Finance.
