Asbury Towers is a 26-story, 330-unit high-rise. Completed in 1981 and designed by Hippolyte Komenka, the project was developed under NJHMFA’s first major high-rise financing program supported by PHS. The steel-frame tower occupies a 2.01-acre parcel (FAR 7.77) and offers studio and one-bedroom apartments averaging 571 square feet. Building amenities include controlled-access lobbies, clubroom, ADA-compliant common areas, and on-site maintenance, while units provide balconies and in-unit washer/dryer hookups.
