Carroll St. Restoration transformed a block of historic row houses on Carroll Street in Trenton, NJ, into 30 duplex units delivered between 2000 and 2002. Under architect Minno & Wasko, acquisition was negotiated from the City of Trenton, post which environmental remediation, demolition of interior structures, and restoring of original brick facades were conducted. Each building functions as a two-story duplex: owners purchased the upper floors and the first-floor apartments were leased as affordable two-bedroom units.
