Apartments average 611 SF with studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, each equipped with air conditioning, balcony, heating, full kitchen (range and refrigerator) and walk-in closets . On-site amenities include laundry facilities, on-site property management and curbside trash pickup. The project provides 62 surface parking spaces (1.0 spaces/unit) and was executed in conjunction with Pingry stakeholders to ensure community alignment.
