Edward Murawski Towers is an 10-story, 110-unit senior housing community in Linden. Designed by Thomas Mangan and built between 1978 and 1979, the project was built using a HUD section 202 loan. The masonry building sits on a 2.16-acre parcel with a 1.15 FAR, offering controlled-access entry, elevator service, communal laundry and meeting spaces. Upon completion, the building was handed-off to the Authority, establishing Linden’s newest Section 202 community. The property continues to deliver high-quality, affordable senior housing and remains one of the most successful HUD-funded developments in the county
