Over the 1978–1983 Urban Renewal program, zoning and plat approvals were secured for the 14.93-acre former renewal district, working under architect Richard Potter’s master plan. The single-story masonry center comprises multiple retail suites anchored by a diverse tenant roster, served by 700 surface parking spaces (6.07 per 1,000 SF) and 633 feet of Inman Avenue frontage. It continues to operate at high occupancy and as a vibrant retail hub.
