Tej is Chief Investment Officer at AXRIA, where he shapes financial strategy for commercial real estate development, overseeing financial modeling, valuations, and investor relations. With over 15 years in finance, he has structured multimillion-dollar project financings, developed detailed investment memoranda, and led acquisition analyses that secured key stakeholder backing. Tej previously worked for Madison Avenue Radiology, guiding a $7 million refinancing and driving operational cost savings, and later managed a $15mn+ grant portfolio for Rockefeller Philanthropy. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School, a BSc in Mathematics from Saint Xavier’s College, and a Construction Project Management qualification from Columbia University.
