William serves as Chief Financial Officer of AXRIA, bringing more than 15 years of finance and accounting expertise with a specialization in commercial real estate. As CFO, he leads AXRIA’s financial strategy, capital planning, and reporting functions, ensuring disciplined execution across the full deal life cycle, from acquisitions and financing to asset management and dispositions. Prior to joining AXRIA, William was Vice President of Asset Management at Denholtz Properties, where he spearheaded the creation of the firm’s Asset Management Department. He managed a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in industrial and multifamily assets and oversaw the implementation of best-in-class systems for risk management, investor reporting, and cross-functional team coordination. Earlier in his career, William built a foundation in financial audit and assurance with CohnReznick and Ernst & Young, focusing on clients in the real estate and construction industries. A licensed CPA since 2014, he also holds an MBA from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess School of Business.
