Hopewell Commons is a single-story, 135,000 SF neighborhood retail center in Pennington. Developed with architect Dietz, the project was delivered in 2002. The masonry-clad building provides flexible bay configurations and is served by 500 surface parking spaces (approximately 3.7 spaces per 1,000 SF). Positioned at a signalized intersection with high visibility and regional transit access, the center achieved full occupancy upon opening and currently operates as a hub for Pennington residents.
